Prize Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Klink Prize Competition (the "Game"). By downloading the Klink App (the ”App”) and using this Game, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please review them carefully before playing.

2. Organiser

Klink App Limited (referred to herein as “Klink”, “We” or “Organiser”) is a private limited company organised under the laws of England and Wales, with company number 15470987, registered office at LABS Atrium, Chalk Farm Road, London, United Kingdom, NW1 8AH.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Game and be eligible for daily prizes, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid account registered with Klink.
• Comply with the Klink Terms & Conditions, these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. How to Play

Players earn coins and/or diamonds by completing various in-app quizzes, actions and challenges. The more coins you earn, the higher your ranking on the leaderboard for that period. Diamonds count towards periodic prize draws and will be used to break ties in the Game. The amount of coins or diamonds you can earn per activity will be disclosed before the commencement of such activity. Klink may update at any time the number of coins or diamonds awarded for each activity.

5. Prizes

• Daily prizes of up to £30 or cash equivalent will be awarded based on your ranking and points earned. Daily participants who do not win cash prizes will be awarded up to 250 coins towards the next period.
• Weekly prizes of up to £150 will be awarded based on your ranking and points earned. Weekly participants who do not win cash prizes will be awarded up to 1,250 coins towards the next period.
• The specifics of the prizes will be detailed within the Klink App at the beginning of each Game period, and may vary from period to period.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless explicitly stated.

6. Game Period

• Daily Game will start each day at 12:00am and terminate at 11:59pm.
• Weekly Game will start on Monday at 12:00am and terminate on Sunday at 11:59pm.

7. Winner Selection

Winners are determined based on their ranking and points at the end of each period. The top players with the highest points will be eligible for the daily and weekly prizes. In the event of a tie, the winner of the prize will be chosen based on (in order):

• Number of diamonds
• Number of referrals
• Average time to complete quiz questions in the game period

8. Prize Distribution

Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer or redeemable coupon to the winner’s account within 3 (three) working days of winning. Winners will be notified through the Game’s notification system or via email.

9. Cheating and Fair Play

Any use of bots, hacks, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Players found cheating will be disqualified from winning prizes and may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

10. Changes to the Game and Prizes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or the prize structure at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

11. Liability

Klink is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Game or the acceptance of any prize. The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available here. By participating in the Game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of administering the Game and awarding prizes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales and England.
