Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Prize Draw Information

This prize draw is only open to individuals who have downloaded the Klink App (the “App”). Each participant can only win one (1) prize per draw period. Entries into this prize draw are free of charge (no purchase required). Each valid entry will be included in the monthly draw for one (1) £1,000 prize.

2. Eligibility Criteria

This prize draw is only open to individuals who have downloaded the Klink App and accepted and comply with the Klink App Terms & Conditions. To be eligible to participate in the monthly prize draw (the “Draw”), you must do both of the following during the Prize Draw Period (defined below):

• Log in to the Klink App at least once during the period; and
• Complete at least one quiz during the period

3. Number of Entries

Your number of entries will be defined by your number of diamonds at the time of the draw. Players earn diamonds through the App by completing various in-app quizzes, tasks, challenges and more.

4. Prize Draw Period

The Dates for this prize draw period are: start date for this prize draw is 1st of November 2024, and the Closing Date is 23:59 on 30th of November 2024. Entries received after the Closing Date will be not be included.

5. Selection of Winners

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries by Klink within five (5) working days after the closing date using a random number generator through Microsoft Excel.

6. Prizes

One (1) £1,000 prize will be awarded to the winner. There are no alternative prizes. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Winner will be paid by bank transfer upon receipt of their bank details by Klink. Winner will be notified by email within seven (7) calendar days of selection. They must acknowledge acceptance of the prize within thirty (30) calendar days of notification. If the winner fails to accept the prize within thirty (30) days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be randomly selected from the remaining qualifying entries using a random number generator through Microsoft Excel. The new winner will also have thirty (30) days to accept the prize. Prizes may not be claimed by third parties. The decision of Klink is final, and no further discussions or appeals will be considered.

7. Prize Winners' Statements

As a condition of accepting the prize, you ("Prize Winner") agree to provide an official statement regarding your experience. This statement, which may be given in writing or via a recorded phone call, will be used anonymously for marketing and promotional purposes by us.

Anonymous Statement: You agree to provide a truthful and accurate statement about your experience, either in written form or through a recorded phone call. We will use this statement anonymously, ensuring that your name will not be disclosed without your express consent.
Consent to Use: By providing this statement, you grant us the perpetual, royalty-free right to use the content of your statement in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. We may use the statement in its original or edited form, provided that such edits do not alter the message’s original meaning.
Recording of Phone Call: If you provide your statement via a recorded phone call, you consent to the recording for the purpose of creating an anonymous testimonial. We will not use or disclose any part of the recording that reveals your identity.
Editing Rights: We reserve the right to edit your statement for clarity, grammar, or length, while ensuring that your anonymity and the original intent of your message are preserved.
Release of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless Klink, its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all claims or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of your anonymous statement for marketing purposes.
Obligation to Provide Statement: Acceptance of the prize constitutes your agreement to provide this anonymous statement in the form requested (written or phone call). Failure to provide the statement may result in forfeiture of the prize at our discretion.

By accepting the prize, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

8. General

By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This prize draw is operated by Klink App Limited (“Klink”), incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 15470987, with its registered office at LABS Atrium, Chalk Farm Road, NW8 1AH. By entering, you agree that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purposes outlined below. Klink will use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and its privacy policy, which can be found here: Our Privacy Policy.

Klink reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw if necessary. To the extent permitted by law, Klink, its agents, or distributors are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from taking up the prize, except where caused by the negligence of Klink, its agents, or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, meaning you can choose to bring a claim in these courts.
